ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2015 The petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 09.08.2001 in Cr. Appeal No. 29 of 2001 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd , Ara Bhojpur. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. However, in view of the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
