ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 24.02.2004 in Cr. Appeal No. 09 of 2002/48 of 2001 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 8th, Gaya.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. However, in view of the nature of allegation as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
