This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 427, 307/34 IPC. The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave lift to the victim and in the way, the friends of the petitioner intercepted the victim and snatched rupees ten thousand as well as they assaulted the victim, causing injury to him.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner is that only he had taken the victim and so far assault is concerned, the allegation is omnibus in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45404 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 In view of the facts as stated above, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner the privilege of anticipatory bail, it is, accordingly, rejected.
However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three months, his prayer for bail, may be considered without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
