The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 678 of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.
The petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife, are present in the Court physically along with their learned counsel. Learned counsel for the parties submits that petitioner and O.P. No.2 are leading their conjugal life peacefully. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P.No.2 submits that she has no grievance, if the petitioner is released on pre-arrest bail.

No.18328 of 2017 (4) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 678 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
