In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C and section 27 of the Arms Act. At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case co-accused Usha Devi and Asha Devi have been allowed prearrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 26887 of 2010, whereas, co-accused Surendra Kumar Mahto has been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 43478 of 2010 and the petitioner being wife of Surendra Kumar Mahto also deserves sympathetic consideration. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49861 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 of the petitioner is also allowed and she in the event of arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Begusrai in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 36 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
