Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.180 of 2015 dt.01-09-2015 2 / 2 the first information report of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014 registered under Sections 498-A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offences alleged.
