JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was running Saw Mill without having any valid licence and when forest officials made attempt to seize logs, petitioner prevented him in doing so.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 31.07.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II, Supaul in connection with Misc.
