Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 raises a preliminary objection that the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable in view of the law settled by the Court in various decisions including the Special Bench of this Court in the case of The Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Ltd. vs. State of Bihar reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695.

The aforesaid position is not seriously contested by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed off as not maintainable.
