JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2016 In view of the statutory remedy of appeal being provided under Section 52 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, I am not inclined to entertain the instant application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Kaimur at Bhabua in a proceeding whereby the accused in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.46 of 2011 has been declared juvenile in conflict with law.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as not maintainable.
