28.08.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Patna Junction (Gulzarbagh) P. S. Case No. 259 of 2015 dated 16.07.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 504 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the investigation began in the year 2015 and therefore in the absence of any information about the stage of the case, it can safely be presumed that the investigation has been concluded. In any view of the matter, if the investigation is still pending, this Court directs the Investigating Officer

to conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In case the petitioner feels aggrieved by the aforesaid report, he will have the liberty to take recourse of the legal remedies available to him.
