19-01-2017 In the present writ petition, the petitioner has basically assailed the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan. Learned State counsel submits that in view of fact that Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal has already started functioning, the petitioner is not entitled to approach this Court.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may approach the Bihar State Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal.
