The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 4.8.2015 by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, in Complaint Case No. 201 of 2013, T.R. No. 366 of 2015 has cancelled the anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The Parties are physically present in Chambers but it does not appear that there can be a settlement on any issue. Considering the merits of the case, the order dated 4.8.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, in Complaint Case No. 201 of 2013, T.R. No. 366 of 2015 is, hereby set

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.711 of 2015 dt.30-09-2015 2/2 aside on condition that the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in the account of the Opposite Party No. 2 bearing account No. 2091517007 of Central Bank of India, Rosera Branch, Samastipur.
