The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Chunchun Devi has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10235 of 2017 on 18.03.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19552 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. and further conditions that petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation and make available before the Police as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the police on two consecutive dates, the prosecution shall be free to move for cancellation of their bail bonds and further petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
