The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled to the salary till the date of termination but the Collector, Buxar has not paid the entire salary.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court directs that the petitioner may represent before Collector, Buxar who will pay the entire admissible salary in accordance with law. If he has any objection, he will pass a reasoned order in the light of the Annexure-C.
