JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 186, 332, 353 of Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and further falsity of the case will appear from the fact that it is alleged that the petitioner was caught by the police as he was intoxicated but as a matter of fact he was apprehended by the police during motorcycle checking, when the petitioner could not show the relevant papers and altercation took place with the police personal, for which the present case has been filed.
