The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kudara P.S. Case No. 351/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner has been arrested on suspicion, as one Mangalsutra made of roll gold and two Bichhia made of silver has been recovered from his possession. No test identification parade has been held. He is in custody since 15.08.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
