Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos.6 and 7 submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with which has been detailed in paragraphs-5, 6 and 7 of the show cause filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2931 of 2011 (5) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 opposite party no.7 on 14.08.2014.

Since in view the submission of the learned counsel for the opposite party nos.6 and 7, the order under contempt has already been complied with, no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite parties. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
