JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2023 The petitioner has approached this Court for direction to the concerned authority for selection on the post of constable in police force under recruitment process initiated in 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared in the physical test and finally found fit in the physical test. The petitioner, thereafter, appeared in written examination but has not been appointed on the post of constable.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Central Selection Board of Constable referring to Para-6 of the counter affidavit submits that the total marks secured by the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.14709 of 2015(2) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 96, whereas, cut-off marks in the petitioner's category for selection is 105.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has not secured the cut-off marks of 105 for selection on the post of constable, accordingly, I do not find any merit in this writ application, the same is dismissed.
