The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 219/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 323, and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners and other accused persons and alleged that they blocked the road and drainage in which some verbal altercation took place. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the wife of the informant and snatched ornaments.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegation of theft is made against the petitioners. The

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 219/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
