The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case no.196 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the father-in-law and the case is of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the charge sheet has also been submitted under Section 306 of the IPC and the petitioner is in custody since 6.8.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70190 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S.Case No.196 of 2018.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
