2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(b), 504, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with farsa on the head of the husband of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that doctor has found simple injury. Rest of the allegations are general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23802 of 2023(7) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P. S. Case No. 548 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
