2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(3), 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he fired at the injured Sanjay Prasad, who became seriously injured and initially treated at NMCH, Patna, but thereafter referred to PMCH, Patna.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that there is case and counter case and the members of the prosecution side have also suffered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23437 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 injuries. He has also submitted that the petitioner is under custody since 16.10.2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the injuries suffered by the members of the defense side are simple in nature, whereas the injuries suffered by the father of the informant (Sanjay Prasad) are grievous in nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 274 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
