Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 338, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that in a free fight some persons have sustained injuries which are simple in nature, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31935 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., X, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
