Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(A), 489 (B), 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three fake currency notes of Rs. 1000/- are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 29.06.2016. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
