JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the name of petitioner came in this case in the supervision note of the Dy.S.P., who has mentioned in the report that father of the deceased disclosed the name of petitioner in his written report but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention to Para - 16 of the case diary in which I.O. has written the written report of the father of the deceased and it is obvious from perusal of the same that the aforesaid report does not contain the name of petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42579 of 2016 (3) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No. 7 of 2016.
