JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2022 This is 2nd attempt for bail on behalf of the petitioner, who is an accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 52 / 2021 arising out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 07 / 2020 registered under Section 304 (B) / 201 / 34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 15 / 01 / 2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30146 of 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for regular bail after one year from the date of order if the trial does not record any progress.

The petitioner is in custody since 13-02-2020. A report was called for by order dated 18-05-2022 from the learned trial court regarding the stage of the trial, which has been furnished by learned A.D.J. XI, Samastipur vide letter no. 97 dated 1st June, 2022 in which the trial court has

In view of the fact that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for grant of regular bail is rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
