2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons stabbed informant and his nephew with knife. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.
