This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 15 and 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

On the public land plants of afeem (opium) was noticed by the authorities and the same was destroyed on 13.03.2016. Thereafter, the authorities came to know that the petitioners and others are suspected to have grown the same then the first information report was lodged on 06.04.2016. Considering the aforesaid suspicion against the petitioners, above named, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Gaya, or successor Court.
