This Criminal Miscellaneous has been filed for modification in the order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31533 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner was suffering from brain stroke and partial paralytic of the left organs of his body and he was under treatment in Joshi Nursing Home, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He was advised complete bed rest for one year and again for 9 months, resulting, he did not surrender in the court below and as such from today the date of surrender may be extended. Perused the certificate granted by Joshi Nursing Home, Gandhinagar, Gujarat signed by Dr. B. K. Singh, Neuro Surgeon. In the facts and circumstances stated above, this application for modification is hereby allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court of Sri Deepanshu Srivastava, J.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11290 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 M. Ist Class/concerned Court, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case no. 450 of 2003 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and then he shall be released on bail on the terms and condition as per order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Cr.
