It has been submitted that the Opposite Party No.2 has not complied with the undertaking given before this Court. Notices had been issued to him but even though it has been received he has chosen not to appear before this Court. Accepting the submission of the Petitioner to this effect, the anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 16.5.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.424 of 2014 is hereby cancelled in connection with Complaint case No.1383 of 2012 pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur, Patna.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51897 of 2014 (5) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 Application stands allowed.

The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Opposite Party No.2.
