The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dhankhora P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015 registered under sections341, 323, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code over erection of thatched house.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43756 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Katihar in connection with Dankhora P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
