The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no. 3 is aged about 80 years and petitioner no.2 is aged about 65 years and the informant alleges that the accused persons were constructing house on her pathways, on which she objected when the accused assaulted and abused her and when Indal

No.22324 of 2022(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/3 Singh intervened to save her Niraj assaulted Indal with farsa causing injury on head thereafter all the petitioners assaulted Chandra Kishore and Sandeep with farsa causing cut injury on leg and Rakesh took Rs. 3,000/- from Sandeep Singh's pocket. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that who was a person with clean antecedent till 80 years and 65 years all of a sudden has been made a criminal based on land dispute, it is next submitted that even injuries are simple in nature, as would be evident from Annexure-2 series to the anticipatory bail application.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down
