The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the arrear of salary on the basis of revised pay scale.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18696 of 2011 dt.19-08-2015 2/2 demand for payment pursuant to the recommendation of the 6th pay revision which has been accepted by the respondents and after the matter being decided by the Courts, the respondents have also decided to make payment in a phased manner after undertaking the exercise of determining the individual entitlement of the employees. It is submitted that the Court may grant a reasonable time to the respondents to make such payment.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with a direction the respondents to pay the remaining admitted dues to the petitioner on account of implementation of the 6th pay revision recommendation within three months from the date of filing of an appropriate representation along with a copy of this order before the respondents no. 2 and 3.
