This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 353, 332, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court after completion of nine months in custody and if the trial is not concluded with the same time.
