The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered under Sections-341, 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3(X) (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned court and seek regular bail.
Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks from today before the concerned court and to seek regular bail and if, the petitioner does so, the concerned court shall pass appropriate order on the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day, keeping in mind that the parties have already
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51862 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 entered into compromise and except the offence of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, all the sections are bailable in nature.
