JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against petitioner is that he got his appointment on the basis of forged appointment letter but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as daily wager in the year 2003 on the basis of valid appointment letter and subsequently, he was transferred to other place. Moreover, the petitioner worked as daily wager for more than 8 years and after that, the present case was lodged. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody since 19-052016 and the investigation against him appears to have already

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 48 of 2012 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
