The petitioner namely Sandeep Kumar Patel @ Sandeep Patel is in custody in Raxaul P.S. Case No.89 of 2016 under Section 25(1-b)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears that from the possession of this petitioner, one mobile phone has only been recovered. The co-accused persons namely Rituraj, Bipin Kumar Sharma, Chandan Kumar and Amar Pratap Singh, whose cases are same footing as that of this petitioner, have already been granted regular bail by this Court. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39014 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in the district of East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.89 of 2016.
