Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nawada town (Nagar) (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute and dirty village politics. There is case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71538 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Nagar( Kadirganj) P.S.
