Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No. 107 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that he was running a Customer Service Point of Central Bank in the village. At the relevant time, he facilitated the villagers in the deposit and withdrawal of money from the Central Bank. It is alleged that the petitioner has, in fact, withdrawn cash of several account holders but, instead of paying the said amount to the concerned account holders has withdrew the amount with himself and told the villagers that due to link problem, the

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and due to village politics he has falsely been made accused in this case. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No.107 of 2019 with condition that one of the bailors should be the employee of Central Bank of Harpurdas Branch and also subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
