The petitioners are in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 13 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits in the instant case total 46.155 liters was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is a lady whereas petitioner no.2 is residing in different mohalla having no concern with the house wherefrom liquor was seized.

Let the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Act, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No. 13 of 2019.
