JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to prefer an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, challenging the order dated 20.10.2011 contained in Memo No. 31, passed by the respondent no. 10, the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Baghari, Block- Runnisaidpur, District-Sitamarhi, by which appointment of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher has been terminated.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23230 of 2011 (3) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
