ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 24-07-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already submitted his representation dated 20.12.1998 (Annexure-2) and that the authorities will be directed to consider the same and pay the amounts due to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has also stated that he has no objection if order is passed directing the authorities to consider the representation.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in case any amounts due are payable to the petitioner, they shall be paid immediately.
