Petitioners are in custody since 17.11.2016 in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 353, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
According to the prosecution case, the accused persons have tried to set fire on the police jeep by sprinkling Kerosene Oil and abused the police personnel when the police party came to resolve the land dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case by the police on the basis of concocted story. One perusal of the F.I.R. itself, it is clear that no one has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. The entire case appears to be an outcome of land dispute. Nothing incriminating
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1408 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 articles have been recovered from the possession of these petitioners nor they have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let these petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Saran, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2016.
