Petitioner seeks bail in Belhar P.S. Case No.27 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the order of Vinod Yadav, this petitioner tried to cut the neck of the informant with axe, but the informant saved herself and sustained injury on her head.

The Additional Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that injury found on the person of injured was simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21502 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.27 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
