In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 612 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner has two criminal antecedents and he has been made accused in this case on account of fact that a stolen motorcycle was purchased by him and he is in judicial custody since 10.12.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21152 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 612 of 2019 with a further condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioner for the purposes of investigation and interrogation, he will remain present for the investigation. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the present order will be treated to have been cancelled.
