The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 193 of 2013 registered under Sections147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave one Farsa blow on the head of the informant but the impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that the informant sustained incised wound, simple in nature at his occipital region. So far as offences under Sections-379 & 354 are concerned; the same appears to be superficial in nature.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51880 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Palasi P.S.
