The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Recovery of fire arm is from other co-accused. They disclosed the name of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent; rather he is a businessman and has falsely been implicated in this case.
