02.04.2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non-discharge dated 15.05.2014 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Katihar in S.Tr. No. 572 of 2013 arising out of Manihari P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013. Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Katihar, and the
