2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414, 406, 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 120(B0 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information, a raid was conducted on the second floor of the house of Nibha Sinha at Bhagwat Nagar, in which a large number of mobile phones belonging to different companies-Aadhar Card, Shram Card, Debit Cards, and an empty packet of JIO companies SIMs -of 93 SIMs were recovered, and some accused persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner. It is further alleged that this petitioner, Rahish Kumar, has opened several bank accounts by submitting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26197 of 2024(3) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 forged documents, and entire money collected through fraud was received by this petitioner. Till now, this petitioner, along with other co-accused, has cheated almost 2000 people from different states.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that there is recovery of huge quantity of incriminating articles from the spot, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
