The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 386,387,307,504,506 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2018. In the written report there is allegation against this petitioner and other accused that they came to the house of the informant and gave threat to withdraw the case instituted by the informant vide Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 2 of 2015. The informant refused to do so. It is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that total 13 cases are pending against this petitioner. The counsel for petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72506 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 has submitted that he is on bail in all the 13 cases. He is in custody since 06.02.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Barh, in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
